Chief Marketing Officer Mary Wells has 25 years of global marketing leadership experience in the software industry. Prior to Cloudera, she served as CMO of enterprise IT management software provider ASG Technologies from 2017 until its 2021 sale to Rocket Software. Prior to that she held marketing leadership roles at HPE, Axeda, Kalido, BEA Systems, BroadVision, and Sybase. Mary has extensive experience in strategic marketing initiatives as well as sales alignment, operations, and enablement. She holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and organizational behavior from Boston College and has attended numerous executive leadership programs. Mary also serves on the board of many organizations associated with animal advocacy, elderly advocacy, and mentoring. She is a frequent guest speaker.
