New ideas, a clear purpose to be of service and a commitment to delivering business outcomes are the motivation behind innovation here at Ridge Innovative. The latest expression is the Power Women Alliance (PWA). In this age of the ecosystem, it’s all about orchestrating a network of partners that create value for customers through all stages of their journey.

Another emerging trend is diversity in the supply chain; which has become a high priority for many enterprises, led by robust federal and state programs. Deb Ward, CEO of Televergence and Cate Heaman, CEO of Prelude Solutions, have been certified WBENC (Women Business Enterprise Council) members for a number of years and encouraged me to get certified. As I went through the extensive and thorough process, I quickly realized if I wanted to win in the enterprise space, I would need my ecosystem to be visible, verifiable, and fully integrated. Thus, the vision for the Power Women Alliance (PWA) was born.

Today, Ridge Innovative, Prelude Solutions, Televergence and a 4th partner 5P Consulting, operate in a formal structure that includes legal agreements, rules of engagement, a regular meeting schedule and a unified mission, vision and purpose. With a couple of success stories already under our belt and a strong launch at the 2022 WBENC National Conference in Atlanta, the PWA is transforming the go to market strategy for other WBENC’s while making it easy for enterprises to meet their supplier diversity goals and satisfy corporate requirements for qualified vendors. Learn more about us by visiting www.powerwomenalliance.com and allow us to deliver the best in technology solution and strategy while supporting women owned businesses. That’s what I call “Innovation with a Purpose!”
