At the start of a new year, it’s been my practice to make some self-care appointments. One of those is to visit my chiropractor which is always a pleasure. A visit to him puts my crooked spine straight, a necessary alignment that allows all my systems to work better as well as relieving the obvious pain.

We all agree 2020 was disruptive – to say the least. The calendar switching to 2021 hasn’t brought magic to fix all that was shattered, lost or exposed. Yet I gratefully seek to move on, move ahead, take action to re-align myself to continue doing my best work, what I am meant to do in this world.

Coming back into alignment looks like letting go of that which I can’t control. Committed action is the cure. Commitment rooted in principles like integrity, collaboration, creativity and innovation. Already, systems are working better and forward momentum is occurring. Today I’m coming back into alignment with the core vision: creating successful business outcomes for my partners and clients through ecosystems.
