Creating Effective Ecosystems Through Innovative Technologies and Changing Culture
OVERVIEW
Studies have shown and confirmed: organizations that adopt ecosystems will grow 50% faster than those who don’t. The pandemic accelerated digital transformation including the need for ecosystems. Yet many leaders are under pressure to survive and grow in our “new” economy and they struggle to embrace or implement this new approach to partnerships and alliances. Issues like cybersecurity, governance of intellectual property, software adoption, technology integrations and understanding the customer journey as well as the real issue of adapting cultures have all presented challenges and opportunities to emerging ecosystems.
During the program panelists will discuss and explore how platforms, software, culture, and collaborations are addressing and overcoming issues while uncovering and innovating new solutions along the way.
